A: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and delivered within 7 calendar days.
Q2: Do you provide installation services for the light fittings?
A: Currently, installation is not included. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician.

A: We accept PayNow. More secure payment methods will be added soon.
Q4: Is there a warranty for the products?
A: Yes, all light fittings are covered by a 6-month one-to-one exchange warranty for manufacturing defects.
Q5: How do I make a warranty claim?
A: Simply message us on WhatsApp with your order details and photos of the issue.
Q6: Do you ship outside of Singapore?
A: At the moment, we only ship within Singapore. For bulk or overseas orders, please contact us directly.
